Brandon Meyer
Managing Partner
Brandon Meyer is the Founder and Managing Partner of Meyer Law Group and a recognized leader in the EB-5 industry. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, a Master’s degree in East Asian Studies from George Washington University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from American University.
He is a member of several professional organizations, including AILA, BABC, BAMM, and IIUSA, and has contributed to the field through articles analyzing the relationship between economics, politics, and immigration law.
Paul Chen
Partner
Paul Chen is an experienced immigration attorney who helps small businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs navigate immigration law, with a focus on visas and employment compliance. He provides strategic guidance on visa processes, regulatory compliance, and interactions with USCIS and the U.S. Department of State. Paul earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2010.
Zoe Wollenschlaeger
Global Immigration & EB-5 Manager
Zoe Wollenschlaeger is the Global EB-5 and Immigration Manager at Meyer Law Group, assisting startups, companies, investors, and entrepreneurs with complex visa categories such as L-1, O-1, E-2, E-3, R-1, EB-1, and EB-5. As an immigrant herself, she brings an empathetic perspective to her work. She previously supported refugee resettlement at the International Rescue Committee and is also a Registered Securities Representative with FINRA (Series 7, 82, and 63).
Willow Liu
Attorney
Willow is an experienced immigration attorney with a strong focus on EB-5 immigrant investor petitions. She has assisted a wide range of clients in successfully navigating the EB-5 process, providing guidance on petition preparation and compliance. Before joining Meyer Law Group, she worked as an in-house attorney for one of the largest immigration agencies in the world.
Huyen Bui
Case Manager
Huyen is a Case Manager and Vietnamese Country Representative specializing in EB-5 cases, particularly Source of Funds (SOF) and Path of Funds (POF) documentation. With prior experience at an EB-5 agency, she understands investor case strategy and USCIS requirements. Fluent in Vietnamese, she works closely with investors, attorneys, and financial professionals to ensure clear and compliant financial documentation.
Justin Lewis

Justin Lewis, native of Atlanta, GA, is a law clerk at Meyer Law Group LLP who helps foreign nationals navigate the U.S. immigration system. A graduate of The George Washington University Law School, he has experience with the U.S. Department of Justice, the Legal Aid Society, and GW’s Family Justice Litigation Clinic, advocating for individuals and families seeking legal status in the United States.
