Jennielyn Alcarion

Senior Legal Counsel

Jennielyn Alcarion, Esq. is Meyer Law Group's Senior Legal Counsel, practicing immigration law and immigration litigation. Her immigration litigation practice focuses primarily in the area of Writ of Mandamus actions. She has vast experience in a variety of visa categories, specializing in EB-1, EB-2, National Interest Waivers, EB-5, O-1, and R-1.

Prior to joining Meyer Law Group, Ms. Alcarion litigated in a variety of practice areas, including personal injury, construction, Americans with Disabilities violation actions and bankruptcy.

Ms. Alcarion was sworn into the California State Bar in June of 2015. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law (USD). During her time as a USD law student, she worked at the USD Immigration Legal Clinic and at the American Bar Association Immigrant Justice Project providing immigration legal services to clients of limited means and assisted them in navigating the U.S. immigration court system. Ms. Alcarion graduated from the University of California San Diego, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and in Sociology with high distinction.

Ms. Alcarion is registered to practice law in the Northern, Central and Southern Federal District Courts of California.
